  • Office Administrator

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our highly successful Financial Services team.


    Some duties are listed below:

    • Opening and scanning the mail
    • Franking and posting outgoing mail
    • Answering the telephone and diverting calls or messages to the appropriate person
    • Answering email and webchat enquiries in a timely manner
    • Greeting clients at reception, making tea/coffee
    • Organising the office, keeping the general office area tidy
    • Ordering stationery and facilities
    • Composing emails and letter to clients and 3rd parties
    • Making telephone calls to clients and 3rd parties
    • Updating the back office systems on time and accurately
    • Printing and packaging information for the Financial Advisers
    • Assist the Financial Advisers and Office manager when required
    • Managing the MD’s diary & booking in appointments
    • Arranging Zoom meetings
    • Any other administration duties

    Previous administration experience in a busy office is essential for this role.


    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is highly organised and efficient. We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team but can also work well on their own, manage their own diary and use their own initiative.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: From £18,000.00 per year

    Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

    Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme
